Hair is a bit strange, there are too contrast, may be a bit blur looks better.
Hand is a bit bit bit large, and ¿where r the shadows of the ankle?
The face is awasome!!!!!!
Porportion of the body & pose are perfect, really difficult to draw
texture of clothes/blanket really realistic, have u use some tutorial or photo to make it??? in that case i wish to try it !!!!!

As for the hair, I kinda had this idea about making the hair "cartoon" like while the rest of the picture is more realistic. And then, I kinda drew the hair like snakes. Just like Medusa's hair.
